Our Team

Staff

Ours is a small but dedicated team. We employ two full-time staff and occasional shared or contract team members based on community and project requirements. Our team works diligently to create positive change by shaping policies, promoting community health, and advocating for community well-being. Their efforts contribute to a stronger, more resilient Oxford County.

Leadership

Our Executive Director, Stephanie Ellens-Clark, joined the team in April 2018. Stephanie brings 20 years of expertise in planning, policy development, research, facilitation and board experience. She is passionate about community, relationship building and social change. Stephanie works closely with our superb roster of Board members to develop, manage and execute on SPCO’s strategic plan.
